XploreGEO's Founders
My kids and i have been caching since 2008 and even when my kids moved on to other interest I kept caching. Since finding my very first cache and everyone one I found since that day I felt like something was missing from this game. As a network engineer for a fortune 100 company, web developer, business creator and entrepreneur I knew I could take the caching idea to the next level. Then like a bolt of lighting BAM it hit me in July of 2022 while caching as a full time RVer I knew how to take caching to the next level and XploreGEO was born.
Born into a family that loved to road trip, I had visited every single continental United State by the age of eight years old. I still remember some of those road trips decades later. Traveling with my family was exciting, adventurous and surprisingly educational. My personal love for travel and experiencing new things has taken me around the globe several times. Now, with the amazing technology available, I can’t wait to share that same adventure with my own daughter.
I have also shared an equal passion for technology. I have had the fortune to work in the Information Technology field for more than two decades and work with some of the largest leading technical companies on the planet. It is my belief that the marriage of these two passions, technology and travel, that will allow us to create a game that not only our fellow travelers want to play, but a game that we will be addicted to ourselves. It’s for these reasons and more that I’m so excited to be developing this adventure game with my partner Paul. We both genuinely believe, we know, that this game will excite and enhance a similar passion for travel in current and future generations. Let’s travel, let’s hunt, let’s Xplore… Together
